I only collect information necessary to provide travel advice, prepare quotations and arrange bookings. This list is not exhaustive.

About Alan's Travel Design

Alan's Travel Design provides independent travel advice and personalised holiday planning. All travel bookings are made through trusted travel suppliers via InteleTravel (UK). 

Booking Conditions

All bookings are subject to the booking conditions of the relevant supplier or tour operator. These conditions will be provided before you confirm your booking - please refer to the quotation email for links to relevant supplier conditions. 

Packages are ABTA and ATOL protected under relevant supplier schemes. Where holidays are ATOL protected, you will recieve an ATOL Certificate. All components of the trip must be booked within 24hours of the original flight booking in order to fall under the ATOL protection scheme. Alan's Travel Design cannot accept financial responsibility for additional travel products and services added after this time. Depending on the supplier, flight only purchases may be ATOL protected.

Pricing

Travel prices are subject to availability and may change until your booking is confirmed. Quoted prices are not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed by the supplier.

Every effort is made to ensure information on this website is accurate. However, destination information, prices and availability may change without notice.
