Amsterdam has long been one of the world's best-known LGBTQ+ cities. Explore the canals, museums, cafés and neighbourhoods of the Dutch capital, discover its vibrant LGBTQ+ scene or simply enjoy the city together.
But there's more to the Netherlands than Amsterdam. Combine the capital with beautiful countryside, historic cities or the Dutch coast for a trip that gives you a different perspective on the country.

Malta
Small island. Big welcome. Malta may be small, but it has built a strong reputation as one of Europe's most LGBTQ+-friendly destinations.

Spain
Sunshine, culture and an unmistakably LGBTQ+ welcome. Spain has long been one of Europe's most popular destinations for LGBTQ+ travellers.
From the energy of Madrid and Barcelona to the beaches of Gran Canaria, Sitges and Ibiza, there's a huge variety of ways to experience Spain.
Enjoy incredible food and nightlife, relax on the beach, explore historic cities or simply find a beautiful hotel and switch off for a few days. And with major LGBTQ+ events taking place across the country, there's always another reason to visit.
Spain is also currently recognised by IGLTA as its first Proud Destination, reflecting its active commitment to LGBTQ+ tourism.

South Africa
Adventure, culture and one of Africa's most welcoming destinations. South Africa offers something genuinely special for LGBTQ+ travellers. Spend time exploring Cape Town, discover the country's incredible food and wine, head along the coast or combine your trip with an unforgettable safari.
Cape Town has an established LGBTQ+ community and South Africa's constitution explicitly prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation. IGLTA describes it as the most welcoming destination for LGBTQ+ travellers on the African continent.

New Zealand
Adventure without compromise. New Zealand is an extraordinary destination for couples, friends and anyone looking for something completely different.

New Zealand has strong legal protections for LGBTQ+ people and is widely regarded as a welcoming destination for LGBTQ+ travellers. IGLTA's current destination guide specifically highlights its LGBTQ+ friendliness, visible community and range of experiences.

Canada
Big landscapes. Big cities. A big welcome. Canada offers an incredible combination of spectacular scenery and some of the world's most progressive cities.
Explore Toronto, Vancouver or Montréal, experience the country's incredible food and culture or head into the Rockies for something much more adventurous. You could spend one part of your trip exploring a vibrant city and the next surrounded by mountains, forests and wildlife.
Canada also works beautifully for multi-centre journeys, giving you the chance to experience several completely different sides of the country.
